Contact and Business Status

1. Contact

support@kairostamp.com is the only public contact address for Kairostamp. It receives support, billing and reconciliation, legal notices, abuse reports and security reports. The operator targets a response within 5 business days. There is no phone line, no chat, and no support account to create. No postal or residential address is published.

2. What to include

• For a payment question: the settlement transaction hash and the payer address.
• For a result question: the target URL, the approximate time, and any error code returned.
• For an abuse or takedown report: the receipt identifier or the page concerned.
• Never send private keys, seed phrases or API secrets. The operator never asks for them.

3. Business identity and status

Kairostamp is presently operated by its individual operator, trading under the Kairostamp name. LentiLabs LLC (New Mexico) formation is pending and that entity does not yet operate the service.

Legal entity: No registered entity yet; LentiLabs LLC (New Mexico) formation submitted, not yet active. Kairostamp is expressly pre-formation: no limited liability company currently operates the service, and no page here should be read as claiming otherwise. If and when formation is approved, the operator identity, the effective date and the governing-law statement update from a single configured source rather than remaining a fixed claim in the page text.

Intended governing law and venue: New Mexico, United States. This venue takes effect once LentiLabs LLC formation is approved; until then the operator does not assert an exclusive venue, and mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction continue to apply.

Nothing in this document waives rights that cannot be waived under the consumer-protection law that applies to you. Where such law grants a remedy, that law prevails over this document.
