1. Who this covers

Kairostamp is currently operated as an independent software service.

Kairostamp is used by software agents rather than by signed-in people. There is no account, no profile, no marketing tracking, no advertising identifier and no analytics or cookie banner on this website.

2. Categories of data recorded

• Request data: the target URL submitted, the time of the request, and an internal request identifier (derived from an optional Idempotency-Key you supply).
• Snapshot receipts: the fetched URL, timestamp, HTTP status, content type, byte length, SHA-256 of the body, redirect chain and a truncated text preview of the retrieved page.
• Payment records: network, scheme, settlement transaction hash, payer address, receiving address, amount, currency, status and timestamps.
• Abuse controls: short-lived rate-limit counters keyed by a salted hash of the caller identity or network address, not by the raw address.

3. What is never recorded

• Private keys, seed phrases, wallet credentials or API secrets — never requested.
• Raw payment signatures; only a non-reversible fingerprint of the decoded payload.
• Browsing history, device fingerprints or third-party advertising data.

4. Why data is recorded

To deliver the requested snapshot, to keep the evidence log tamper-evident and append-only, to prevent duplicate charges, to detect abuse, and to meet the operator's own accounting obligations. Where a lawful basis framework applies, the basis is performance of the requested service and the operator's legitimate interest in security and bookkeeping.

5. Public blockchain data

Payments settle on a public blockchain. Transaction hashes, wallet addresses and amounts are publicly visible on that chain and cannot be deleted or altered by the operator.

6. Third parties

The operator uses infrastructure providers for hosting, database storage, the isolated fetch service, and blockchain payment facilitation. They process data only to run the Service. A current list is available on request at support@kairostamp.com.

7. Retention

Evidence receipts and payment records are retained for as long as the audit chain and accounting records require; the chain is append-only, so individual receipt entries cannot be silently removed without breaking it. Rate-limit counters expire within minutes. Retention period: [retention period placeholder].

8. Content of third-party pages

A snapshot may incidentally capture personal data published on the target page. Only submit URLs you are permitted to retrieve and record. Requests to review such content can be sent to the contact below.

9. Your rights and contact

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection.
